Collection of Your Exam Certificates
When are your certificates ready for collection?
After your exams have been taken in the Summer and you then collect your results in August we do not physically take delivery of the certificates until late November/December of that same year.
You can email your request or call and speak to Mrs McQueen and we can arrange for them to be collected from our Main Office on the Gosfield Road site. If you are unable to collect them and you wish someone else to do it, then you will need to email or write a letter confirming who will be collecting them. Due to Data Protection we are by Law unable to pass them on to anyone without your permission.
The Main Office is open 8.30-3.30 Monday-Friday term time only. We are unable to post certificates as the school are unable to take responsibility for them if they are lost.
If you have lost your certificates
If you have lost your certificates you can request a letter on headed paper from the school to give to Universities/Employers. Please allow a week for this to be done. You can contact the Exam Boards and purchase new certificates. Each application has a charge of £37.00 as of 2016 (per certificate).
