A wide range of out-of-hours activities especially in the arts, information and communication technology and sport, enriches students' learning. The options available through the science specialist status have a good impact on broadening option choices. High take-up in drama and music enables students to participate in regular public performance. Students benefit from a wealth of educational visits and the interesting range of external visitors.
