    Practical Support Tips.

    • Create a revision-friendly environment: quiet, organised and free from distractions.
    • Encourage your child to experiment with different spaces – a desk, dining table or library – to find what works best for them.
    • Help with organisation: support them to plan revision timetables and check they’ve got the materials and notes they need.
    • Stay involved without taking over: ask your child to teach you a topic — explaining it aloud is one of the most effective ways to learn.
    • Set routines: consistent meal times, study blocks and sleep routines help your child maintain energy and focus.
    • Stay calm and available: being calm and supportive reduces pressure and helps students feel confident — especially during exams.
