School Council

The Green Lane Student Council is made up of our excellent student representatives from each form and other students who are keen to be involved in school life. Our Student Council comes together once a week to discuss charity initiatives, such as our Christmas hampers, share ideas for school improvement, support their peers and more. The Student Council is excited for a productive year where students will contribute to the community and develop their leadership skills. 

Some of the successes which the council have been involved in include:

• Boys reading to the Primary School 
• Participating in assemblies 
• Creating posters for awareness about litter in the school 
• Tree planting 
• A trip to parliament 
• Tours for prospective students
• Celebration meeting at the end of the year.
