Help Us Help Our Pupils – Donate Office Supplies Today!

At Robert Clack School, we're always looking for meaningful ways to give our pupils the best possible experiences – both inside and outside the classroom. One simple way you can make a big difference is by donating everyday office supplies like:

๐Ÿ“„ Boxes of A4 paper

๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ Pens, pencils & stationery

๐Ÿ“ Folders, binders & files

๐Ÿงท Paper clips, staplers, and more

This is part of our “Displaced Fundraising” initiative – a practical approach where we aim to reduce spending on routine items so we can reallocate funds to exciting projects, enrichment trips, and opportunities that benefit our students directly. Throughout the year, staff members have been proactively collecting materials and office stationary from places up and down the country. So far, we as a school have raised over £40,000 and this total is increasing daily with generous donations for our community.

To give a few examples:

  • A business in London have donated 110 boxes of coloured A4 paper, office cupboards and chairs
  • A gentleman in South Woodham Ferrers has donated £300 of office supplies, things our pupils use daily
  • A business in Stockport donated 301 lever arch files for next years Year 10 cohort for their maths folders.

Whether you're a local business, a parent, or a community member with access to surplus supplies, your donation helps us redirect more of our budget to rewarding, educational experiences for our young people. No donation is too small, and we can support in picking up larger items.
