Applications for Robert Clack Sixth Form are open from Friday 7th November until Thursday 27th November and application forms will only be available to complete during this time. Our prospectus, a list of the courses we offer (with associated entry criteria) and a course choice guide can be found using the links.
All completed application forms must be submitted online by Thursday 27th November. Online application forms have been shared with current Robert Clack students via Google Classroom.
External applicants should complete all of the following in order to apply:
- Online application form (available from Friday 7th November)
- A copy of the reference form to be completed by a senior member of staff at their current school.
- A copy of their most recent predicted grades. The reference and predicted grades should then be emailed to our Sixth Form Administrator Ms S Garratt at sgarratt@robertclack.co.uk.
As a popular, heavily over-subscribed Sixth Form places are in high demand – we will not be able to accept late or incomplete applications.
