Applications for Robert Clack Sixth Form are open from Friday 6th November until Thursday 27th November and application forms will only be available to complete during this time. Our prospectus, a list of the courses we offer (with associated entry criteria) and a course choice guide can be found below. 

All completed application forms must be submitted online by Friday 27th November. 

Internal applicants: Online application forms have been shared with current Robert Clack students via Google Classroom. 

External applicants should complete all of the following in order to apply: 

1. Online application form 
2. A copy of the reference form to be completed by a senior member of staff at their current school. 
3. A copy of their most recent predicted grades. The reference and predicted grades should then be emailed to our Sixth Form Administrator Mrs M Lambert at mlambert@robertclack.co.uk. 

As a popular, heavily over-subscribed Sixth Form places are in high demand – we will not be able to accept late or incomplete applications.
