We were very fortunate to have a visit today from Luke Grazette who left Robert Clack in 2017. Luke went on to study Maths and Physics at Warwick after achieving 3 A* grades in his A Levels. He is currently studying for his PhD as an Experimental Particle Physicist at CERN in Switzerland, the home of the Large Hadron Collider.
Luke contacted Mrs Monk whilst he was back visiting Dagenham over the festive period and a special Assembly was arranged of Year 11 and 6th Form students who study Physics. Luke told them about his A Levels at Clack followed by his experience at Warwick and explained some of the work he is doing at CERN.
A fantastic opportunity for our students who were clearly fascinated and asked lots of questions. Thank you to Luke for giving up his time.
