Applications for Robert Clack Sixth Form are open from Friday 3rd November until Thursday 23rd November. Our prospectus, a list of the courses we offer (with associated entry criteria) and a course choice guide can be found below. 

All completed application forms must be submitted online by Thursday 23rd November. Online application forms have been shared with current Robert Clack students via Google Classroom. 

External applicants should complete the online application form and a copy of the reference form to be completed by a senior member of staff at their current school. External applicants should also provide a copy of their most recent predicted grades. The reference and predicted grades should then be emailed to our Sixth Form Administrator, Ms S Garratt at sgarratt@robertclack.co.uk. 

As a popular, heavily over-subscribed Sixth Form places are in high demand – we will not be able to accept late applications.
